Sexiest Bollywood Actresses of 2008!

Presenting the countdown of the sexiest Bollywood actresses of 2008. Women like Amisha Patel, Minissha Lamba, Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra shed a lot of weight to become slim and slender, because the producers of their films wanted the girls to be slimmer(it is another thing that films most of them starred in, had scripts slimmer than their bodies). Nevertheless, the slim and athletic look was the trend setter this year.
10. Sonal Chauhan in Jannat: The sexier version of Amrita Rao, Sonal Chauhan looked lissome, lithe and leggy in her debut film. Lucky boy Emran Hashmi however had did not get much to kiss as the sultry Sonal Chauhan played too cool to love and too hot to kiss in Jannat.
9. Mughda Godse in Fashion: Fashion had more style and less substance going for in. The tall and slender Mughda Godse vowed the audience with her sexy, traffic stopping presence. Making her debut in Bollywood, Mughda was one female who looked really comfortable in her dress and skin. And yes, we love her confidence!
8. Mallika Sherawat in Ugly aur Pagli: Mallika Sherawat was dressed(shocking!) throughout Ugly aur Pagli. She revealed her awesome contours and curves in one of the songs and that mattered more than enough to get an eyesome in the plotless stupid Ugly aur Pagli.
7. Amisha Patel in Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic: The normally voluptuous Amisha Patel shed her clothes to show off that even she has a toned midriff in Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic. Though the movie disappeared faster than Amisha Patel could say "yellow, main aa gayee", Amisha Patel look hot enough to spend some 'lazy lamhe' with.
6. Minissha Lamba in Kidnap: Minissha Lamba revealed two things in Kidnap: hot cleavage and cool attitude. But both could not salvage the insipid movie Kidnap. However we were left panting for more as Minissha seduced the audiences with those skimpy outfits.
5. Shilpa Shetty in Dostana: Easily the woman with the best figure in Bollywood, Shilpa Shetty's yoga bound sexy body looked 'wow-some' as she sizzled in the opening number of Dostana. All we can say is Shut up and Drool!

5 Things Michael Jackson Taught His Fans

The recent death of Michael Jackson on Thursday, June 25th, 2009 will never be forgotten or written about enough. Stay tuned for the tell-alls, scores of books, and entire franchises built around his death a la Elvis Presley, John Lennon, etc. But Michael gave his fans more than music, he gave them a way of being in the world. Not perfect or totally relatable, like most of us, he was unique. He taught his fans 5 things:
1) Compassion--Due to his many court cases, his fans were taken on a world wind type of tour that had little to do with flashing lights, at least not the kind that Michael shined under. With each court case and trouble, his true fans believed in his word of innocence, and they stood by him time and time again, though at times, with questions, but steadfast.
2) Individuality--Michael was a true celebration of what it meant to be an individual. He was getting plastic surgery when nobody else really knew about it. Whatever reason caused him to change his appearance, was his own reason, a private, personal matter that only Michael would understand. He dressed differently, spoke differently, and was a sort of a pseudo-spokesperson for anyone who ever felt unloved, or out of place.
3) Possibility--His modest background as a child in Indiana to a superstar known in every corner of the world is a fairytale story. It shows his fans that dreams are possible, anything is achievable, and there are no excuses.
4) Dance--Anybody can dance to a Michael Jackson song from the 2 year old to the 85 year old Mongolian monk. There was a different tune, a different groove in all of his songs that made it easy to move to from rock to ballads.
5) Kindness--Michael was one of the most charitable entertainers in the world donating millions to organizations for children, etc.
Before we judge or criticize, take a look at the "man in the mirror." That's what Michael would say.

Michael Jackson Biography

Michael Joseph Jackson (August 29, 1958-June 25, 2009)[2]
Was an American Pop Icon known as the king of pop. He was born into the Jackson family as the 7th child of Joseph Jackson. When Michael Jackson was very young, 11 years old, he and 4 of his siblings began a band with their father Joseph Jackson as the manager. The band was called "the Jackson 5" and the group attained much commercial success. It was not until 1971 that Michael Jackson left the Jackson 5 and began his solo career. He went on to become one of the most famous recording artists of all time and eventually became the "king of pop" a title he bestowed upon himself. His solo albums hold many titles for their astounding number of sales. 5 of his albums hold records for number of sales.
His career really began to take off in the early 1980's. and he was one of the first and most popular black artists to gain a prominent following on MTV. This was due in large part to the huge budget and extravagant budgets of his music videos for his songs. Songs with record holding videos include: Beat it - Billie Jean - and Thriller. Some of these videos are so influential that they are credited with changing music videos from a recording of the song into mini movie works of art. This led further to Michael Jackson's popularization of amazing and complicated dance choreographing and musical numbers. This dancing featured prominently in his live shows. His record breaking live shows earned him enormous amounts of money.
Some of the dances moves popularized at these live shows include the robot and the moonwalk. Michael Jackson's musical influence stretched across many musical genre's including hip-hop, pop and R&B in part because of his eccentric and distinct style of vocals and music.
One thing that many do not know about Jackson is that he raised and donated MILLIONS of dollars to over 39 charities for a multitude of causes through his namesake foundation. This is often overlooked due to his appearance and increasingly bizarre and changing appearance. Not to mention a string of child molestation accusations...

The Secret Behind The Hollywood Blockbuster Movies

Blockbuster movies are those, which are very popular or successful in terms of production. It even works for films, which are made on very low budget, but eventually succeed and exceed the expectation of the film of the particular genre. For example, Fried Green Tomatoes, The Rugrats Movie, The Blair Witch Project, Crouching Tiger and Hidden Dragon to name a few.
The period from 1975 to 1985 was a period of Blockbuster hits and major publicity campaign with new technologies and special effects. Jaw (1975) by Steven Spielberg is a concrete example of new type of filmmaking. George Jucas Star Wars (1977) was a mega hit, which used all the elements of traditional and modern elements. It was also an important phase of the American film history.
Hollywood Blockbusters essentially means the technique of the film. It is not the three-act type of structure that they want to see. This does not at all mean that a weak story can make a way. One of the most important techniques that makes a Hollywood film hit is the double track line. That means, it has a story line and an action line, which again simplified gives a personal story and a case to be solved. A character line is where we see a character developing or growing. Whereas, a case or an action line is something the plot develops into a complete story.
Blockbusters usually are round about stories, which have a theme of high concept. The simplest and the thumb rule for a blockbuster is, it should have stakes or consequences. It is the consequence, which has a lot of involvement of the protagonist. So is the case with Hollywood movies too. We can see such technicalities in the films like The Lion King, Forrest Gump, Raiders of the Lost Ark and the like.
One secret of Hollywood Blockbuster movies is that it uses Linux to produce their movies. The three reasons for using this operating system, other than Windows or Mackintosh is that, it is faster, cheaper and better. Even the big budget production houses, like Disney Pixar or Sony to create their visual effect or animation, they use Linux based operating system. The all time studio, Rhythm and Hues that brought out Scooby Doo was touched up by the Linux system. Other Blockbuster Movies like, The Matrix, Titanic, Gladiator, Superman Returns, Shrek, Men in Black, Hollow Man are a few to name which created by Linux software, such as Maya, RAYZ and Shake.
These movies began its journey from the very initial period of the Hollywood film industry. The trick for making blockbuster movies is hidden deep in the creation of good work along with analyzing the mass psychology. Though, frequently many directors and producers confess that there is no hard and fact rules for making such movies. The result for art works is totally unpredictable. But, the good work returns good profit most of the time. The huge records of films like Titanic, Jurassic Park is the real example of Hollywood blockbuster movies.
